  • Research better practices and effective ways to communicate and diffuse information
  • Contribute to the design, coordination, and implementation of an efficient seamless internship experience
  • Help align recruiting, development, and business strategies to ensure programs support DEI while aligning with corporate objectives.
  • Provide guidance to the recruiting team to facilitate a cohesive candidate experience
  • Analyze surveys to uncover themes and trends within the intern community and make recommendations on areas of focus to improve the experience
  • Maintain the annual events calendar
