- Help align recruiting, development, and business strategies to ensure programs support DEI while aligning with corporate objectives.
- Provide guidance to the recruiting team to facilitate a cohesive candidate experience
- Analyze surveys to uncover themes and trends within the intern community and make recommendations on areas of focus to improve the experience
