What our clients say about us:

"

Having been a practice manager for a pediatric dentistry group for three years back in 2010 and forever feeling frustrated by the lack of teamwork, employer continuity, and respect from our team. I reached out to my friend Kathleen for some guidance although I could always vent I needed this to be professional as this was my work environment and I needed for both my employer and employees to take this seriously. After numerous meetings with both the head of the practice and myself along with other staff members, Kathleen provided us with the foundation to hit the ground running. I am happy to say that it worked and ironed out a bunch of chain of command kinks in our practice as well as create relationships and communication with my team. Although I am no longer with this practice I use many of the things Kathleen had taught me and incorporate them today. Having ArK consulting on your team is a win win.
